I started out at Underdog Fantasy as a part-time employee in the grading department. I was able to be hired on full-time after a couple months of work in another department. I am so thankful for the vertical growth allowed within this company!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work that I do at Underdog Fantasy. I wake up every morning excited for the work that I have ahead of me for that day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I cannot say enough good things about those in positions of leadership, here at Underdog Fantasy. The staff are caring and thoughtful, and it is a joy to work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have weekly meetings that are informative and respective towards worker's time. I like most how our time as workers is valued by a company that is operating every day of the week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Questions are welcomed and dialogue between staff members is encouraged. Everyone that I have worked with wants to find the best way to do something and is open to hearing suggestions on how to accomplish a task.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package was being able to add my partner to my health insurance plan, even though we are not married. I appreciate Underdog Fantasy being understanding and receptive for instances like this one.
