I have loved coming onto UD. Onboarding has been a bit difficult, given the lack of formalized documentation on our systems and no formal goals as far as the business and how that ladders down to each department

Stock options -- would love to see the company add bonuses as well, many of our competitors offer that as a part of the compensation package
