I believe Vistaprint is a good and fast work environment, where no 2 days are the same. This allows for a lot of flexibility and the possibility of taking ownership of what you're working on.

I believe everyone is very open to each other and always wants to help

You can literally walk into anyone's office and have a chat on the open topics
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their audacious goal setting, and painting a clear picture as to why that goal should be achieved
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think we should be working more on elevating Vistaprint to a next level, rather than just keeping up with the daily business
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It allows me to fill in my time at work in the way I want it to. If I'd like to start early in the morning, I'm perfectly able to do so.
