Bonus is woven into the base pay, so included in every bi-weekly paycheck vs. being doled out in an unknown lump sum once a year.

Leadership at Vista is incredibly authentic and inclusive. They enlist the talent they have assembled to work together to solve the big problems, providing structure and role clarity, but creating a lot of opportunities for contribution and engagement across all altitudes of the business.
