Vista is a great company to work for. You're surrounded by intelligent, energized people who are all working to improve the company in their own way.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love the level of effort that is put into sharing the company's long-term strategy with all members of the organization.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is very open and willing to try new initiatives. I think there is a real culture of knowledge sharing and positive intent throughout Vista.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I know that my immediate team members genuinely care about each other. We've had some health scares on our team over the past two years, and everyone rallied around the impacted people to help alleviate their workloads.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love the Break that we get for every five years at the organization. Getting to take up to six weeks off gave me the opportunity to travel the country and not need to worry about going broke while doing it, or wondering if I'd have a job to come back to.
