The experience started off great. Then the ball dropped. I'm not sure what happened. This is all post covid btw. It's as if the company forgot how important the employees are, this could be due to a new site lead and CEO. We need vist's morals back.

being skilled in chat, getting paid.

My supervisor, a few teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing really. It's quite depressing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring and listening. Going the extra mile to retain us. Motivate us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great if my compensation could be increased realistically. what can 5% do with daily inflation. Underpaid and overworked.
