That I get to work fully remote.

The leadership team has proven themselves to be transparent and honest about their decisions and plans.

I get to work remotely and I get to work on exciting stuff in which I can express myself creatively.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is excited about what we do. Our team is always willing to help each other out. Our team likes to have fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would not mind a higher salary. A salary that does more justice to inflation rates. I'd also love the opportunity to be able to upskill myself and do some proper education. Especially if it comes with a certificate.
