Getting results together, sometimes it is challenging because many are looking only at their own tree and not at the entire forest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Empowerment is a good point. To reduce the gap between managerial and non-managerial roles, obviously there is gap but in terms of benefits is too wide.
