Vista is great place to work at, you get to work on cool projects with amazing people. ofc there are also tasks one done't get to enjoy that much, but all companies have their plus and minuses

Everybody is very easy going and ready to lend a helping hand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary which is closer to the market level. And salary increases that are a bit closer to the inflation level
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat people as people and not only like numbers. Everybody is very friendly and you feel you can rely on the person next to you.
