VCS - About a year ago I had serious optimism, but that has waned. COVID has made it seemingly obvious that physical print is not the future, and it doesn't appear we are innovating in any other area. VCS in particular has become completely uninspiring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It seems as though you are transparent about whats going on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I dont feel challenged whatsoever, and my management seems uninterested in adding new projects to my plate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are genuinely friendly with one another. To the point that one of them is now my roommate!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At VCS at least, we are all pretty friendly with one another. Being largely of similar ages is nice as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That im not solely on commission. My 'sales' roll feels largely transactional most times. The guaranteed base makes that an easier pill to swallow.
