The leadership team at Vistaprint is very supportive and professional. Health and safety is the topmost priority.

My team is very supportive of each other. My team members take initiatives and improve the process wherever possible..
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paying for school - although it is on hold because of COVID but I like the fact that Vistaprint supports graduate studies for its employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership team goals are positive and well communicated. I also like that all the team members are always happy to help each other in creating a positive environment at work. Managers are supportive when it comes to taking time off. Flexibility is a plus!
What makes you most happy at work?
People and processes. Great people in my department. I love to work and mingle with them. The best thing is - no one is judgemental. There are no insecurities when I go to work. I feel thrilled at work because when I look around; I see future leaders around me. The processes in place are remarkable.
