Funny, dedicated, positive, smart, supportive, always open for collaboration.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's not work, it's 2020 that's the emotional drain.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health insurance plans cover behavioral health visits at the same co-pay as primary care visits. I only pay $25 out of pocket per session with my therapist. Unbelievably good!

I recently got promoted and a raise! That is awesome! I really like that our health plan covers behavioral health visits as a primary care copay (no one else I know pays $25 per therapy session, and I do!)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are committed to collaborating and to acting like owners. We value diversity and inclusion. As a woman, I have experienced very little sexism at all. It's just a really nice place to work! Not to mention good work life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The value of acting like an owner, being committed to delivering solutions, and the way we care about our customers, many of whom are small business owners. I chose to focus on the idea that our work is helping people of color and female entrepreneurs run their businesses!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When COVD hit, we had some salary restructuring at the company. Robert Keane, our CEO, paid himself Massachusetts minimum wage and they further set up a sliding scale so people with lower pay were less impacted and people with high pay, like the executive team, took the biggest burden.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are clear about Ways of Working and aligning all of us around Returning to Foundation Basics and eventually getting to Jaw Dropping Customer Value. It meant a LOT to me that during pay swap for RSUs, they made a sliding scale. That spoke volumes, particularly to me as a lower-paid person.
