The company is working hard to ensure we view our work from our customers' perspective while checking in internally to make sure we as employees are also being 'looked after' in the best way possible (i.e. ensuring we are doing 'okay' in our remote-first transition)

fast paced - but does not feel like you are left on your own to figure things out

Their vulnerability in being open about areas that need to improve. Their leadership in making sure that Vistaprint remains relevant in this ever changing world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they have a team mentality -- meaning they reach out and tag in where there are open questions and use the collaboration tool in fun was (emojis , fun comments) to make working together 'work' in a creative and collaborative environment
