Work/life balance is good, and I love that people are generally supportive of one another.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team! They make my day, honestly. I truly feel that they care about each other, and I know that if I'm struggling with something, my team will be there to support me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can only comment on Maarten (CTO); I love how approachable and transparent he is. He's also charismatic and I generally feel energized in our company mission after listening to him at a Town Hall or company-wide event.
