They make promises they have no intention on following through on.

To be honest: nothing. It feels like I'm working in a prison.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually train people instead of expecting them to just know how things are supposed to be done. Reprimand people who decide to half-ass their job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company tries to incentivize people by offering "goose bumps" and benefits. They also offer extra pay for overnights. I haven't seen extra pay for overnights, whenever promised goose bumps the excuse is always corporate only sends 30 a month. Add to that ppl making 6 figures only work 45 hours..
