I've worked at Wawa as a gas attendant for almost 6 years. My hours were doing fine until our manager left. Now this new manager is cutting my hours drastically. I don't think it's fair and it should be looked at.

Meeting new customers every day as a gas attendant
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to get a closer look at the gas, intendance hours and what they are about
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fine with our old manager, but this new manager will not talk to us at all
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers I work with at the gas attendant are fantastic. The other workers insider fantastic. It's the management that is wrong.
