It was very unprofessional i have complaints about other assiociates and all the Gm would tell me is to go chabge my hours or work at another store disregarded the assiociate being weird and too close to me and making me uncomfortable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working as a team and helping out when other people are in red and need help dont keep leaving them alone doing all work by themselves
