They give me freedom to make my own work-journey, and I feel I have the autonomy I need to work in my projects
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have incredible energy, achieve incredible results and without having to pressure each other. Everyone is quite free to be who they are, say what they think and work in whatever way is best for them.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can see the impact of my work clear once my manager follow up the status of our results weekly, what I think is great and keep our team motivated when results are good, and generate effective conversations when we have points to improve
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Receive rewards in a more meritocratic way and with significant values, thinking about the net value for me. If I successfully completed my projects and developed the points that were aligned, I think I deserve some kind of compensation, no matter when the other one was carried out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility, for sure. Working out for me is indispensable (for physical and emotional reasons), and I can do this whenever I want, for example. I don't need to wake up extremely soon or go to bed too late, because I can fit small appointments into my work schedule and for me this is huge
