It's been a good run. I feel I've worked in two Gympasses since I've been in two times so far. They were very different from each other, and the current one is a hundred times better.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people in my team and the possibility to move to Europe and escape Brazil.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As I believe I'm one of the lucky ones, the best part of Gympass right now is my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and the amount of dayoffs, although the amount of work may not facilitate us making use of the latter.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall there is alignment between the C-Level leaders, and most of the times I really feel strong leadership coming from them. However, more recently I've felt a few company areas are falling behind in terms of competence. There's an ongoing conflict between the old and the new Gympass culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is a tricky question, because I feel I'm one of the lucky ones and I have the best team at the company right now. However, there is a clear misbalance of quality if we compare ourselves with other teams in our own area, and especially if we compare with other areas.
