Managing the employees by sticking to the rules & addressing issues right away ..yesterday i made a complaint to my manager telling him about the Rape & Gay Sex talk & how another employee (male ) told me yesterday that the same talk was happening in the Van while traveling & that he started crying

They also do not give proper training at all ..
