Better management and benefits and annual raises..

Everything get more people to work and raises for the ones that do work

I know I am undervalued because other companies with the same position pay better and treat their employees better

We get along and do our job

I go in early, do a bit of work with a very familiar crew, and then I get home by mid afternoon.
