I've been in the same field for 10+ years, I've been at Zip for a little over a year and I am still consistently happy to be part of the team here. I do genuinely feel like I am helping businesses, I have a fantastic work/life balance (which unfortunately is not common for my position).

It's fair and straightforward. You move up based on performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that everything here is straightforward. It makes everyone accountable and willing to work as a team towards the same goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the ability to control what I get out of working here. I know the goals I need to hit in order to move up. The leadership team here is unmatched when compared to previous companies I've worked for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As we're still navigating in a work-from-home environment, the open-door policy has still maintained and everyone is only a message away. I cannot stress enough how genuine everyone is with willing to help, regardless if their my direct supervisor or not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think ZipRecruiter does very well with fostering an environment where everyone can be their true selves which results in everyone being comfortable. With that in mind, I love all of our huddles that are daily where we can talk both business and about my dog if I wanted to.
