I can't say enough good things about ZipRecruiter. I am grateful every single day for my job and opportunity. I love what I do, I'm so proud to be apart of this company and to help people everyday. It's the best job I've ever had and I wake up happy to be here daily. I love my job and this company!!

They're from all walks of life and nationwide so it's great to interact with all types of people.

We all come from different walks of life with different stories. I like that it's almost equal with gender diversity.

I love working with people and helping them. I also love being able to work from home in my own, comfortable environment.

They truly act like they care, are extremely responsive and make sure the answer your question/help your concern until it's truly taken care of.

I love that I get to go out and find companies to help. I like how every person I talk to has different struggles, but ZipRecruiter always has the solution. I like that I control my money as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know they have my back, want the best for me and care about me not just as an employee, but as a person in general. They are also someone I know I can go to at any time and not feel intimidated. They all have open door policies which is something I never had even at my old job at American Express.
