We are a diverse team that unites for a common goal of improving ourselves, the company and our teammates. We are a very collaborative and cohesive team, even across different departments. People are more than willing to help their coworkers here.

I am happy that I am able to help others become great at their job here, and teach what has helped me during my time here. People are eager to learn and better themselves, and we work together towards the betterment of everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never worked for a place that cares about their employees to the extent that ZipRecruiter does. There are so many reasons to love it here, but the leadership team creating that environment where everyone feels valued is the most important. I'm proud to work for such a great company!
