I really love and enjoy doing the job. I love challenge myself everyday to do better and sell more. I really love being able to work from home. My productivity has gone through the roof. All that time I spent in traffic I can now spend working on growing the business and earning more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They do a great job with benefits. The only thing that could be better is the 401k match. Other than that I think we are taken care of very well with benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I LOVE that we are doing work from home. I have been so much more successful from home $$$. Less distractions/less time to have people pulling you into side conversations. I also have become closer to my team since work from home started. I am hoping that work from home will be permanent.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I can get up and walk to my desk and start talking to people about getting the hires they need to make their business a success. It is fun to have a job that I can be so passionate about the fact that I am helping business find the people they truly need.
