Overall, I have had a positive experience. I have made good friends, great coworkers, and a fantastic leadership team directly above me. However, the pandemic instigated some business and policy changes that leave a bad taste in my mouth. We are no longer as focused on customer satisfaction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leaders are compassionate, and want what's best for me as an employee and a person.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A large part of my day consists of speaking to customers that I cannot meaningfully help because of a change in refund policy. The way our usage product works does not serve the customer's best interests.
