Despite some things that have happened this company is still the best company I have ever worked for. I enjoy my job and the impact it has on others.

The ideas and getting things fixed right to better assist our tenants.

We all have genuine true conversations which make it feel more like family than work.

Being able to assist my coworkers and seeing what new things the day has in store for us.

We work as one unit and are able to accomplish our goals while continuing to grow with the company.

Being able to assist my agents and make sure the tenant hangs up being satisfied with the service they received.

I help maintain a positive work environment by engaging my coworkers and checking on them to make sure they are doing alright.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really pull together as a team to ensure we are all taken care of. Everyone helps one another and gets things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work that is being added and the number of changes that we have to adapt quickly to is not matching up with the pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my pay rate isn't compatible with the rate of inflation that is currently happening. This area is quite expensive and the pay is barely enough to survive off of. A three-dollar raise for the entire company and every year thereafter a cost of living adjustment.
