Another of mangers don't need the position they are in because they don't know how to treat the team and the staff they have leading to high turn over rates.

Being honest about pay, and scheduling night shift to actually be succesful
It should not take 3 weeks after initial interview to be contacted for employment
Eye contact and the communication
General management should actually show up.
Don't keep people waiting for an hour plus. Don't reschedule once a candidate shows up

If they weren't so rude to people about interviewing we would probably have more people to start work granted they probably wouldn't stay because of all the lies and mistreatment of employees
People not being trained ! Quality is going down fast!

Just need to hire more people to take up the slack so one person doesn't have to do 5 things at once
The store has roaches and nasty and general manager has bad attitude with customers and employees
