Getting paid at the end of the week for the work that i have done
I don't believe I get one I don't know what that is.
Being able to recieve a monthly bonus
there are no benefits at the location im at, they tolerate hiring racist employees who have violent criminal pasts
Holding each and every employee accountable. Specific employees who always get away with being late and doing the bare minimum make this place unenjoyable.
Would like more money and more authority
Similar companies in the area offer significantly higher wages with the opportunity for sign on bonuses and benefits. Jet's offers nothing.
Making a career move to just about anywhere else would make me feel much better
They told me i would make 14$ a hour then payed me 4$ a hour instead
I do feel undervalued treat me better don't bully me in the work environment and actually say I'm doing good instead of bad
We are not provided any benefits or even sick days under his management. I have worked many days over 12 hours and did not receive time and a half for these hours as stated by state law. I also did not receive lunch breaks, only smoke breaks. I understand these are not a right by law but lunch is.
Underpaid With my experience. In food
I don't think that new drivers of less than 90 days should be paid the same rate as drivers who've been there over 4 years, especially when all they did was look at their phones repeatedly while I was washing dishes, scraping pans, folding boxes, and cleaning the Hobart mixer and cheese grater!
Starting pay should be 12 an hour, managers should start at 15. Multi-million dollar stores should not be managed by people making 12 dollars an hour.
Stop delivery service it's a pandemic people....
Review from Sales Dept
I'm paid minimum wage for driving my car (in which i also get paid less when i'm on the road) and not compensated enough for the gas/damages to my car.
Feel like I'm under appreciated
