Bad their is a lot of favoritism and I'm the only one that ever gets in trouble always a complaint but have never been shown a complaint their are employees that wear short shorts and they say my butt is always hanging out but my shorts go past my knees. Also a manager always tells at employees

The employees are nice and willing to help it's the management that's the problem

I do feel undervalued treat me better don't bully me in the work environment and actually say I'm doing good instead of bad
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not picking favorites and one manager needs to not constantly yell at the employees and hound them. They also need to learn how to manage a team
