Focus on improving apps easy of use over new shiny features
The leadership team needs to be completely transparent instead of hiding everything. The leadership team also needs to develop basic reading comprehension skills as well.
No transparency at all. They lack any sort of human connection which is kind of funny for the type of company they are
People's talent are not correctly put to use - there's plenty of 10x employees but they need to be discovered and utilized correctly. Compensation is more than fair for east coast employees.
The director of our department would create need tasks for our team. All of these tasks would benefit other departments and increase our already high workload. We weren’t compensated fairly for doing the work of multiple department
