The recruiters. They are great. Once you connect with a recruiter, they will do everything they can to help you prepare for the next interview and land the role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility to get my job done correctly without unnecessary stress. Now that my boss is aware of my work ethic and ability to make the right decisions, my job is even more enjoyable. I like my role and enjoy bringing other people into my company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team definitely values my work, but I am not sure they knew how much was involved in my role when I started. My boss offered to re-evaluate my role in 6-months to determine if my initial pay is the right fit for my role at our organization.
