What I appreciate most is the trust that's given to leaders in the field. I've been able to take ownership of projects, support my team, and contribute ideas that make a difference. That level of trust has helped me grow professionally.

They are very easy going and understanding of outside of work circumstances. Flexible and willing to compromise for the betterment of the team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It would be nice if leadership was a reflection of the employees working for them, if they would listen to suggestions, had more people skills.

Best part is the occasional bonuses that come through. It differs per program, but we had a holiday spiff where we obtained $5 per unit sold, which you could reach upwards of $1,000 if you sold enough.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Should match market rates for some roles.

I feel the pay is below the standard average for my position
Benefits could be a bit better, especially as we're growing as a company
I feel that for the work that we do which was not in our job description we should be compensated more. Also there should be a scale on reliability so they can feel more valued as they are used more often than others making the same pay. Also we need more than 300 characters.

Recruiters are not count executives, they are recruiters typically first level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is built around relationships. I've had the opportunity to work with talented people who genuinely care about each other's success and are willing to step in and help when needed. That sense of connection makes a difference.
