23andWe, a grassroots group of employee volunteers, drives our company’s DEI initiatives around hiring; employee experience; product and research; and the community. 23andWe is responsible for organizing internal events such as our DEI Book Club, internal podcasts, and external Speaker Series.
In addition, 23andWe is involved in ensuring we have equal representation in our hiring processes, our product, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations we support.

Our 23andGROW learning and development program provides continuous training to ensure that all employees have the tools to help their colleagues feel like they belong. These training sessions include Unconscious Bias, Microaggressions, and Allyship and Inclusivity.
Our mentorship program provides a platform for employees from all backgrounds and levels to come together in order to impact each other’s lives and experiences in a meaningful way.
