The company needs to research the current market. They need to match it or exceed it. If you invest in your people now, you will not have to worry about losing them later.
Other companies seem to pay more for the same role compared to 2K.

I wish there was more room for vacation. Yes, we get two weeks off for Christmas, however I wish these days could be used elsewhere. I also know we're paid slightly below market average, and I hope this changes.

Paid is currently under market average. We got no stock for non-US employees which is a big gap compare to other MNCs
