What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good healthcare and pension, lots of money going around for training and various workshops so it feels like the company is investing in its employees

They give private health insurance at my level.

It's very comprehensive. Insurance, dental, pensions, even support for charitable donations and volunteer work.

The best part about my compensation package is the benefits; Sports Reimbursement, Paid Holidays, 2 Week Paid Christmas Holiday, Internal Cafe Stipend, Free Video Games, Hard Work Incentives, Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Advocate, EAP, Health Saving Account, Short/Long Term Disability...and more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I lost money due to the Zanga purchase. Im young and starting out new with stocks and sad to see my money disappear overnight.

The company needs to research the current market. They need to match it or exceed it. If you invest in your people now, you will not have to worry about losing them later.

Other companies seem to pay more for the same role compared to 2K.

I think all of the artists should be paid 5k-10k more

I wish there was more room for vacation. Yes, we get two weeks off for Christmas, however I wish these days could be used elsewhere. I also know we're paid slightly below market average, and I hope this changes.

Because all contractors are severely underpaid and the company does nothing to show that they care even a bit about us.

We are making 20% less than EA, just across the street.

For the ammount of work we do and the talent present in our office, it feels unfair to be practically paid minimum wage.

I am still a junior employee despite I've been working in the videogames industry for 3 years. I know it is all based in time and performance during this time, so I am not unhappy, I just thing my compensation or role could be a bit higher

Gaming is a real tech industry and the pay and equity does not come close to other big tech.

Lots of inequity at 2K.

Paid is currently under market average. We got no stock for non-US employees which is a big gap compare to other MNCs
