Listening and responding to people's concerns
Less talk more action. We hear the same thing over and over but dont see much change especially around headcount and retaining talent. Burnout culture is real

Current leadership is tone deaf when it comes to common issues and likes to cover these up with pizza parties and free cupcakes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I lost money due to the Zanga purchase. Im young and starting out new with stocks and sad to see my money disappear overnight.
The company needs to research the current market. They need to match it or exceed it. If you invest in your people now, you will not have to worry about losing them later.
Other companies seem to pay more for the same role compared to 2K.
I think all of the artists should be paid 5k-10k more

People at Madrid are young and toxic. They need to improve their attitude towards their work, be more professional.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to give a shit about its employees
Management is too powerful and shouldn't decide about things they have less knowledge about. More transparency where the team is going and sharing what people do would bring people more together. Right now, it is too focused on how it was done in the past, instead of how do we develop?
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was an unfortunate process due to the extraneous internal factors, most likely it would have been an easier process for others.
