WPP Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

market average, not bad, nice

Saving plan , vacation and health and wellness

Base salary and general benefits.

I feel that I am valued.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They only pay the lower end of the going salary for any of the professional posts.

I have only small works. I would like to work in a team.

If I was paid at market rates.

More transparencey around merit cycle and better connection between performance and bonuses.

Compensation is a little below market

I used to work 13 hrs a day on a average over a year. I supported the org during COVID when 1/2 the employee was sick. I had COVID but I used to work to support the org. No additional pay for over time not even a word of thanks.

The country I am which is nigeria there is joy for the workers cos they don't value workers

More task should be given with higher payment

In over 10 years- and while producing well above expectations- I have received only 2 pay raises. I fall behind every year I remain with this company.

I am from Australia and have no equity in WPP AUNZ.

I saw what other people with my experience are making elsewhere. I would feel better if I made more money.
