What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Generally, people are kind to each other.
Supportive on mental health and wellness
They are inclusive, and make an effort to value race and gender
Care for the whole human, not just an employee.
Difficult to think of anything positive, senior management are mainly interested in minimising wage bills.
Good management, very little oversight of new employees
The mid to junior level people.
Their structure is positive except from that there is nothing positive from them
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To support employees and and recognize their value
Change the HR head and her team.
Stop bullies. Allow people to be creative. Get people to interact more outside of their work teams.
