They need to reward all staff for their input not just the project management.

To carry along their staff and pay acording to what they are doing, provide adequate facility for work, they should be able to rely on in future
They only pay the lower end of the going salary for any of the professional posts.

Compensation is a little below market
Many of my co-workers are stagnating due to being undervalued and many are now only doing the bare minimum for the job role.

Processes are not in place. Over commitment to customers made by MDs and Leads with out consulting the Project managers of they can even be delivered
Where there is no love there is no peace, beefing is everywhere
Some of my coworkers are bullies and are quick to throw people under the bus. That needs to stop.
To support employees and and recognize their value
Change the HR head and her team.
Stop bullies. Allow people to be creative. Get people to interact more outside of their work teams.

They need to incentivise the employees and reward people for their hard work,.
They sell Projects very cheap. The rates are too low and over commitments made with out consulting the delivery team. The MD of WTC turns deaf ear to feedback given.
Tired of negative people, and the company needs to get with the times.
