NOVUS is a small organization and that size afford access to leaders that isn't available elsewhere. You can see them, learn from them, and feel the impact of their decisions which is a cool spot to be in for the ad world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Beyond the work itself which is demanding but rewarding, I am consistently surprised by the number of plain 'ole good people I get to chat with and partner with on a day to day basis. We try and stay low drama and sort of reap what you sow.
