I've been working in this company for a short time, but in this time I have been able to know nice, hardworking people, everyone is always willing to help. My team specifically have been very supporting and the leadership team encourages you to try new things everyday and that's amazing.

The vacation days, they offer more than the average companies.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think time management and workload organization is the biggest challenge. The best way to have a neat workflow is to organize the day by hour.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always willing to help or answer questions, even thought they have other occupations or their day is crazy, they always take the time to answer or guide you, and that's always appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy to resolve people's problems/doubts and have them say: thank you! We handle with different kinds of personalities, but is always nice to get the best of a person by doing your job correctly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company encourages you to be better everyday and to show what you are good at. I used to work in a place where you weren't encouraged to show other talents, they kept pushing you to do your job and just focus on that, and here everyone wants to know what else are you capable of.
