communication!!! When there isn't communication and collaboration it's almost impossible to work on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm able to reach out to anyone on the executive team without any concern with their title. Everyone has an open door which is appreciated
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is key. Simply responding to an email goes a long way towards letting the sending know the message has been received. We have far too many people at the company that are either overworked in that they simply can't respond or they don't respond because we're working remotely or other.
