Banter between coworkers, seeing the results of a project that I worked really hard on pay off
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the amount of PTO that I have available to me, making it so that I don't hit a "burnout" point. I am able to have a good work/life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Executive team is very transparent of their goals and how my help connects them to the total company goals, getting me more excited and willing to help and raise my hand for additional projects.
