Its good. The last year has been very turbulent and difficult. It is hard to give 100% when things change so fast. Sometimes you just get into something and it goes away. There are NO resources if you need help. You pretty much just have to figure it out on your own.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Novus are amazing. They are fun, nice and creative-minded.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest when I work with a team that respects each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They run the company with a positive spin, even when things aren't going as planned.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that the energy at Novus is generally very positive and creative.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the last merit I received a minimal (below average) raise, despite a good year. Shortly after my workload increased to what I'd call risky, A cost-of-living increase (at minimum) would help. A more manageable workload would also help.
