Teamwork! We're a hard working team that works really well together to achieve our goals and share our successes. Great leadership which is transparent and forward thinking for growth success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, honest, they care, hard working, enthusiastic, at the forefront of our business, find ways to grow as a company, know that time away from our desks/computers is important (PTO) for us to balance our life, they know that it's important to bring the fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My personal team is truly amazine! We all work our butts off. We're always willing to step in and help each other out (and other departments) whenever needed. We share information and best practices. We have an awesome manager. And we also have great leadership.
