As part of shared-services, I love when I can help a team member in another department, making their job easier or adding value to what they're already doing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lots of extra days off (vacation + personal days + sick days + summer days + lots of holidays and "special" days off). And the healthcare plan is exceptional at a nominal cost. Also appreciate that NOVUS picks up short/long-term disability.
