I think the most positive aspect is the feeling of a family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Workload - I need more hours to complete all the tasks I have but I have to sacrifice my work/life balance by working late, through lunch, and sometimes on weekends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my compensation needs to be better aligned to the industry. It also needs to better reflect how long I have been here and how much value I bring to the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all similar so we have similar approaches to how we work. I can also relate to them on a personal level too. We work as a team and are always there to help each other
