Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No credit is ever given to those grinding out the low level work no one wants. A pat on the back after a long, stressful week doesn't go very far.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We look out for each other, help each other out and share opportunities. We give credit where credit is due and created a safe space to support each other openly and honestly.
