Inflation this year was at a all time high around 8% and our increase was only 4%. A lot of companies are paying higher wages for similar positions at OpSec.

It is expected to be proactive and put into your daily work extra initiatives, however the compensation remains the same even during the dificult times like these. Better compensation would definitely make me feel more valuable and would not tempt me to look into other companies and opportunities.
