Engage with their employees on what the company's short, medium and long term strategy is. Employees should feel more inspired by leadership. Seems to be a lot of resource wastage, and not convinced leaders at highest level have their finger on the pulse of the company.

Inflation this year was at a all time high around 8% and our increase was only 4%. A lot of companies are paying higher wages for similar positions at OpSec.
